Access to and use of the Site presupposes the reading, knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use by the user. If you do not agree, in whole or in part, with the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site, please do not use it and do not access it.

All trademarks and distinctive features on the Site, also to distinguish individual products or lines, are the exclusive property of Visconf srl. Any unauthorized or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and will result in legal consequences.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These General Conditions of Sale (“Conditions of Sale”) apply to the sale of products (“Products”) and to the provision of customization services (“Services”) advertised on the www.bazardeluxe.it (the “Site”) by Visconf srl.
By placing an order through the Site, or otherwise using it, you accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy and Cookies Policy, the terms of which are referred to in these Conditions of Sale and are an integral part thereof.
Please read these General Conditions of Sale carefully and remind you that, before placing an order, you will be asked to accept them. Non-acceptance will not allow you to proceed with the order.
Sales concluded through physical stores or third parties are not subject to these Conditions of Sale.
- Products
The products offered for sale by Visconf srl are only those present on the Site at the time of placing the Order, as described in the relevant information sheets.
We try to ensure that the information made available on the Site, in advertisements and catalogs or communicated by the help center, is as accurate and complete as possible.
In any case, it is understood that the images accompanying the description of a product are for informational purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ, for example, in color and size (also due to the browser and monitor used to access the Site and display the images).
- How to Buy
The order procedure on the Site provides the following:
- I) Add products to the cart: once you have chosen the Product of your interest, you can select the quantity and place it in the cart by clicking on “Add to cart”. You can then decide whether to continue to purchase other Products and add them to your cart, or proceed with the purchase.
- II) Guest checkout/Checkout using “my account”: once the purchases have been completed, through the cart you can proceed to Checkout, either as a guest or using your registered account.
III) Delivery, verification and payment: As part of the Checkout process, you will be required to review your order details and enter your personal information. At this stage you will be able to request the Invoice, if you wish.
- IV) Place the order: it is finally necessary to confirm the order, at which time you are obliged to pay the price.
- V) Order and shipping confirmation: you will then receive an email communication once the order has been confirmed and, on time, the confirmation of shipment. We invite you to check that all information is correct and to promptly notify us of any possible error. This confirmation will constitute our acceptance of the order and will indicate the existence of a sales contract.
- Prices, taxes and shipping costs
All prices indicated on the pages of the Products on the Site or communicated by the customer service center are inclusive of VAT and, unless otherwise indicated, do not include shipping costs and other taxes that may apply.
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of order confirmation, based on the country of destination, the volumetric ratio of the package and depending on any promotions in progress. You will still have full visibility of the cost during Checkout, before confirming the order.
We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs at any time and without notice.
- Payment
We accept the main payment methods, as indicated on the Site. Depending on your payment method, we may request additional information, including specific forms of identification. All transactions will take place through secure servers.
In case of payments by Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard circuits) the Cardholder will be subject to validation control and authorization by the card issuer. If you decline, you should contact your card issuer directly to resolve the issue.
In case of bank transfer, you will be shown the bank details to execute the transaction. We do not charge any fees for this form of payment; however, some financial intermediaries may charge a fee. If payment by bank transfer is not credited to our bank account within seven (7) days after placing the order, the same will be canceled.
- Delivery
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of order confirmation, based on the country of destination, the volumetric ratio of the package and depending on any promotions in progress. You will still have full visibility of the cost during Checkout, before confirming the order.
The shipment of products is made by courier, a tracking service of the package is made active. The courier usually delivers from Monday to Friday, we cannot indicate time slots. If at the time of delivery, it should not be at home, the courier will leave a notice and will return again the next day. At the discretion of the courier, you may be contacted by phone. Visconf srl will not be responsible for any problems in the delivery service by the courier.
In case of deliveries made at receptions (with signature for collection by the receptionist), Visconf srl will not be held responsible for subsequent non-delivery of the package to the final recipient.
If you cannot find your country listed at Checkout, it means that the products will not yet be delivered to your country. However, since Visconf srl wants to facilitate the experience of its customers, please contact us at the email address commerciale@visconf.com.
For deliveries to be made outside the Italian borders, delivery times may vary.
With regard to deliveries requested in countries outside the European Union, any import customs fees will be charged to the recipient. Customs duties and any taxes vary according to the country of destination and are applied upon arrival of the goods at destination. We therefore invite you to contact the customs authorities of your country in advance to check the costs and any import limits.
In case of refusal of the goods by the customer or non-delivery for other reasons (i.e. incorrect address and / or telephone number of the recipient; repeated absence of the recipient, etc.) the amount will be retained to cover the following expenses: sending goods + return goods + customs fees and charged to the recipient. Instead, the price of the goods will be refunded.
At the time of delivery of the products, we invite you to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately detected, by placing a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be delivered to the courier. Any problems related to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, in the manner provided in this document.
. Returns and exchanges
(A) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract relating to one or more Products, without the need to give a reason, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products.
To withdraw from the contract and return the Products, you can contact the customer service center and follow the instructions that will be provided to you, or you can send us a request by email commerciale@visconf.com
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of personalized Products (Point 2)
(B) RETURN PROCEDURES
Products purchased through the Site may only be returned to our office, to the address that will be provided through the customer service center.
Products that have not been purchased directly on the Site can NOT be returned to our office. Please contact your dealers.
In case of return for withdrawal from the contract, the return shipment will be at your expense.
(C) CONDITIONS OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packaging), kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:
- the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; It is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (accessories, complements, etc…).
- In order for the withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, tags, seals, etc…).
- the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by Visconf srl, is under your full responsibility; in case of damage to the goods during transport, Visconf srl will contact you, to allow you to promptly file a complaint against the courier you have chosen and obtain the relative reimbursement; the product will then be made available to you, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.
- Visconf srl will not respond in any way for damage, theft, loss occurred during or in any case depending on the return shipment.
- If you have received free gifts or products as part of your order, they must be returned together with the Products.
Failure to comply with these Conditions of Sale entitles us to refuse the returned Product and to send it to you at your expense.
(D) REFUNDS
Once the conformity of the returned Product has been verified, as reported in these Conditions of Sale, Visconf srl will refund you the full amount already paid, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Product, by transferring the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

- Agreement
The contract supersedes all previous contracts, agreements and understandings between the parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter of the contract, together with the order, the general conditions relating to the use of the site and the conditions relating to the registration service. Any variation or modification of the contract must be accepted in writing by both parties.
- Language
The sales contract is drawn up in two versions: Italian, English. In case of discrepancies in the translation, the Italian version will prevail.
