Shipping policy

Transport costs are declared and calculated before the conclusion of the order.

They represent a lump sum refund for each individual delivery as follows:

If the products must be delivered to a country outside the European Union, the total price indicated in the order and reiterated in the order confirmation, including VAT, is net of any customs fees and any other sales tax, which the Buyer undertakes to pay, if due, in addition to the price indicated in the order and reiterated in the order confirmation, in accordance with the provisions of the law of the country to which the products will be delivered.

For information on any duties or taxes applied in his country of residence or destination of the products, the Buyer is invited to inquire with the competent bodies of his country of residence or destination of the products.

Any other costs, charges, taxes and/or duties that a given country may apply for any reason to the products ordered under this contract are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

The Buyer declares that the lack of knowledge on his part of the costs, charges, duties, taxes and / or taxes referred to in the previous paragraphs, at the time of sending an order to the Seller, cannot constitute cause for termination of this contract and cannot in any way be charged to the Seller.

Delivery time

Delivery is intended at street level with insured courier.

The times vary according to some parameters such as the availability of goods and / or payment acceptance.

For available products the times vary depending on the city and destinations; For the islands the times are about 3/10 days, for the other cities 2/10 days, for shipments in the European Community the times are about 3/10 days, outside the European Community 3/10 working days except for any errors attributable to the courier or for reasons directly attributable to the customer.

Orders that have as payment bank transfer in advance: the material is shipped as soon as it is possible to ascertain the payment.

Receipt of goods

Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check the integrity of the packaging.

In case of tampering and / or breakage, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and / or delivery by affixing the words “SUBJECT TO CONTROL GOODS” on the delivery document received from the courier.

The customer must then report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the goods.

In the event that the courier is unable to deliver the goods for reasons directly attributable to the goods customer (Example: the customer or his representative is not present at the registered address) a notice will be issued to arrange a subsequent delivery or for collection – within 5 working days – of the goods ordered and present in storage at the courier’s warehouses.

In the event that the impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order persists, the same order will be canceled and storage costs will be charged.
